PANCH KARMA & YOGA IN SKIN CARE (1 WEEKS)

All types of skin problems are basically due to imbalance of food habbits, contraindicated diets, unhygienic conditions. In Ayurveda it is called Kustha roga, it disturbed Pitta & kapha doshas. Here we fallow the ancient line of treatment, All procedures will be done in the guidance of Ayurvedic Doctor & provides herbal medicine prepared by himself. These procedure may be changed by Ayurvedic expert.

Treatment by two measures

Detoxification for 7 to 21 days.

Herbal medicine treatment for 21 to 90 days.

Day-1

Morning Ayurvedic consultation with Ayurveda expert about maintenance of life style & prevention of diseases i.e deit, exercise, purification and advice for herbal food suppliment for health and relaxation of mind.The client should come empty stomach.
Morning Abhayanga, Swedana(steam), Herbal bath, internal ghee. fresh himalayan oils & herbs.
Evening Pranayama & Meditation.

Day-2

Morning Abhayanga, Pind swed or steam with shirodhara, internal oileation ghee.
Evening Pranayama & Meditation.

Day-3

Morning Abhayanga, steam, shirodhara or any specific treatment according to body needs.
Evening Pranaama & Meditation.

Day-4

Morning Treatment one of the most requirement of the body Virechana(cleanesing of intestine),or Basti (enemas), or Shirovirechana(cleanesing of head, nose & throat)
Special diet.
Evening rest.

Day-5

Morning Abhayanga, Basti treatment or Nasyam treatment & any specific treatment according to need of the body.
Evening Pranayama & Meditation.

Day-6

Ahayanga, Basti or Nasyam treatment.
Evening Pranayama & Meditation.

Day-7

Abhayanga, Steem, Shirodhara, Basti or nasyam treatment.
Evening Pranayama & Meditation.
